High Fives

Today I am pretty darned giddy to announce that Sweetpea and Gladys Bikes have join forces, nay doubled down in our commitments to bringing bicycle love to the ladies.

Natalie Ramsland of Sweetpea and Leah Benson of Gladys Bikes

Gladys Bikes is a women focused bike shop here in Portland, Oregon with big personality, smart folks, and pizza-print cycling caps. If that weren’t enough to win my heart over, they also have the nation’s first Saddle Library and a deep commitment to bike fit.

And that is why Gladys is now the exclusive dealer of Sweetpea bikes. For the women I work with, this means that your bike will have a home shop, where you and your bike are familiar faces. Gladys will walk you through the entire process from figuring out which bike model is right for you to issuing your complimentary Saddle Library Card to double checking that your bike bell sounds just right.

Collaborating with Gladys allows us to deliver more complete bikes to our customers and allows me to grow the work I am so strongly committed to: getting more women on bikes that fit beautifully.

I’ll continue providing custom bike fittings (or referrals to fitters in your area) and designing bikes, and building on the relationship between women and their bikes.

Please come visit Gladys Bikes and the Sweetpea Fit Studio at 2905 NE Alberta Street in Portland. We’ve got high fives (and bikes) for you too!
