I completely agree that the unfinished look is not only beautiful, but shows off the workwomanship. And we could go for a clear coat . . . some of the frames that we have seen that done to don't keep that shiny shinyness for a the life of the frame, but maybe we just haven't asked the right questions of our fantastic painters. Couldn't it just be clear coated if someone wanted it that way? The bare steel really shows off the workmanship (or workwomanship I guess in this case). Very nice. I like the wishbone stays too.
