There are still some guys that don’t totally get it, but the ladies always do. The boys have never had any trouble buying a bike, and they have never had any trouble getting it to fit. The ladies on the other hand, test ride everything in the store, swap out parts, and still have a hard time finding a bike that feels right. That is because bike design is really boy bike design. The good news is that the big bike companies are starting to see the light. The problem is that when you build a bajllion bikes a year and design by committee, well, it takes time to respond.

But at Sweetpea Bicycles, we don’t just build bikes for women. We build a bike for you. Because you got that old football injury, because you want to win that local tri, because you got a super rush that needs to be across town in seven minutes, because the big toe on your left foot is just a smidgen bigger than the one on your right.

Lots of people say that you don’t need a custom rig, we say no two women are the same.
